IGC GEM collects only the device ID for the sole purpose of sending course alerts to the user. This data is non-identifiable and is used exclusively for the operational functioning of the app.

Device ID

We use your device ID to send notifications and alerts related to our courses. This ID is anonymous and cannot be used to personally identify any user. It is only stored as long as it is necessary for the functioning of the app.

Data Retention

The device ID is retained for a period of 90 days following the uninstallation of the app. Post this period, the device ID is permanently deleted from our records.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the app, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
